Custom Children's Clothing Samples
We offer a comprehensive sample evaluation service. You can request one or more test samples to evaluate the quality of our craftsmanship and have a more accurate reference when choosing sizing. Tell us your vision, and our senior designers will develop samples according to your exact ideas. HAPA GARMENTS offers a full range of OEM and ODM custom children’s clothing services—we can create the perfect pieces for your brand. While an initial sample fee is required, we offer a rebate program: if you place your bulk order within 10 days of receiving your sample, your sample fee will be refunded or applied as a discount to your mass production order.

How to Order Children's Clothing Samples from HAPA
Our sampling process is designed to be clear and straightforward — from your first enquiry through to final approval.
Step 1 — Submit Your Brief
Send us your design concept, tech pack, reference images, or product specifications. Not sure what to include? That’s fine. Our team will walk you through exactly what we need. You can reach us via our contact page or use the sample request form above.
Step 2 — Design Confirmation
Our in-house team reviews your brief and prepares a detailed specification sheet for your approval. If you need design support from scratch, our 20-person design team can develop tech packs and technical drawings from a concept or reference image — at no additional charge to clients who proceed to production.
Step 3 — Fabric and Trim Sourcing
We source materials from our network of certified, vetted suppliers. All fabrics used in children’s clothing production are tested against relevant safety standards, including AZO dye compliance and applicable physical safety requirements for kids’ garments.
Step 4 — Sample Production
Your sample enters our production floor. We hold samples to the same quality standards as bulk runs — every seam, stitch, and finishing detail is reviewed by our QC team before the garment ships.
Step 5 — Delivery and Feedback
Your sample is shipped directly to you. If revisions are needed, we incorporate your feedback and produce an updated sample. For returning customers, samples are provided free of charge. For new clients, sample fees are fully credited toward your first bulk order.
