Green Raw Materials
Since HAPA’s products are designed for children, our dedicated sourcing team is committed to selecting harmless, eco-friendly fabrics. For example, in our signature sequin styles, we utilize surface treatments involving eco-friendly water-based coatings. Compared to traditional oil-based coatings, these emit significantly lower Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), resulting in less atmospheric pollution.
Furthermore, we integrate energy-saving and eco-friendly techniques during the design phase to enhance product recyclability and reduce waste. For instance, we select high-quality acrylic for our beaded designs; its durability extends product life and reduces replacement frequency, thereby lowering resource consumption. We also employ clean production technologies to minimize the emission of harmful substances.
Green Production
Sequin and beadwork are the hallmarks of our brand. Due to the unique nature of these crafts, we insist on hand-sewing to ensure every finished piece passes rigorous quality inspections. While handcrafted production may not match the speed of mechanization, it allows us to maximize energy conservation and significantly reduce our carbon footprint.
